Chester and Kim Jacobs originally founded Castle Creek Realty to market properties in the family-owned Elk Ridge development in the mountains of beautiful Southern Utah. While we still highlight properties in this exclusive development, we have expanded to serve areas across Southern Utah.
Annette

Annette’s real estate career began working for premier home builders and real estate developers in the Bay Area of Northern California back in 1984.
In 1990, Annette relocated to Las Vegas, where she expanded her real estate career working as an independent broker. She represented private clients from a variety of prestigious communities throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
Annette’s extensive background in the interior design and construction industries quickly led her to the idea of delivering an expansive breadth of home sale and marketing services beyond that of a typical real estate brokerage. Upon moving to Utah, Annette obtained her real estate brokers license to represent Castle Creek Realty as the principal broker. She is fully licensed as a real estate broker in both Utah and Nevada.
When she’s not negotiating her next successful contract, Annette can be found as a selections design coordinator and project manager for Jacobs Construction. Both companies are committed to our clients, and making their dreams come true.
Kim Jacobs
Owner
Kim founded Castle Creek Realty with her husband, Chester, in 2005. The two of them met at Southern Utah University, where Kim earned a Bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. While in college, Chester earned his real estate license, and, after she graduated, Kim earned hers as well.
They both went to work selling real estate for Chester’s father who was developing Elk Ridge in Southern Utah at the time. Born and raised in Colorado, Kim has always felt at home in the mountains. This new job was a natural fit for her.
As time went on, the two of them founded their own brokerage with Castle Creek Realty. The brokerage was originally formed to market the properties in the family-owned development of Elk Ridge. Kim has now expanded it to a full-service real estate brokerage firm serving the mountain communities of southern Utah, from Brian Head to Duck Creek.
Sadly, Kim’s husband, Chester, passed away unexpectedly in 2021. In his wake, she managed Castle Creek on her own before creating a new professional partnership with Annette Daskalos. When not driving the family businesses forward or spending time with her family, she enjoys the outdoors, including camping and boating on Lake Powell.
